Main Camp without Domes:
Maximum occupancy 18 persons
Includes use of the community house, barn and library.

Main Camp without Domes:
Maximum overnight occupancy 18 persons

Basic fee covers a maximum of 100 day guests per day above the relatively small
number of overnight guests.
Long weekend (Thursday 3 pm until Monday 11 am): $5,500
Day guest over-limit fees:
$20 per person for every person over the 100 day guest limit for each day there
are more than 100 day guests.
Absolute maximum number of day guests is 150.
Main Camp with Domes:
Maximum overnight occupancy 26 persons

Holiday Bookings
(Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day
and 4th of July):
add 10% surcharge
Important!
In addition, we require the following:

We apply a $200 surcharge for bookings not paid in
full at least two weeks prior to arrival.

$750 non-refundable deposit and
$750 refundable cleaning and damage deposit, both payable
at the time you reserve your dates
, for a total deposit of $1500. (We apply
a $200 surcharge for bookings not paid in full two
weeks prior to arrival.) The $750 refundable portion
will be paid back within 2 weeks of departure less
there are any claims against that amount.

Certificate of Liability Insurance:
all groups renting
the Main Camp or the Main Camp and Domes together are
required to provide us with a Certificate of Liability
Insurance at least two weeks prior to their visit. The
minimum amount is $1 million general liability with OZ
Farm and John and Molly Hooper named as additional insureds.
If we have not received a valid Certificate of Liability
Insurance two weeks before your arrival date, we reserve
the right to charge your group our costs (approximately
$500) to provide this coverage. For an example of the

- Waiver of Liability/Insurance Acknowlegement: in addition to the above certificate of Liability Insurance, all visitors are required, as a condition of access to the property, to accept the language of our Waiver of Liability document.

Pet policy: Animals are strongly discouraged.
There is
a local pet boarding facility in Point Arena. Anyone
bringing a pet to OZ is required to pay $100 per pet
as part of their overall fee, plus costs of damage/cleaning
to property or injury to poultry/farm animals. Dogs must
be kept on a leash and are not permitted inside the community
House, Domes or Barn complex or on beds in cabins.
