Main Camp without Domes:
Maximum occupancy 18 persons(1)
Includes use of the community house, barn and library.
Long weekend (Thursday 3 pm until Monday 11 am): $2,400*

Main Camp with Domes:
Maximum occupancy 25 persons(1)
Domes open from June through October depending on river flow.
Includes use of the community house, barn and library.
Long weekend (Thursday 3 pm until Monday 11 am): $2,800

Domes rented alone:
Maximum occupancy 7 persons.(1)
Domes open from June through October depending on river flow.
Long weekend (Thursday 3 pm until Monday 11 am): $900

Maximum occupancy 2 persons.
Bookings taken for single cabins only within 30 days of desired dates. If a group rents more than 4 cabins, above listed Main Camp rates will apply. With shared use of the community house.

Wedding Rental Rates

Main Camp without Domes:
Maximum overnight occupancy 18 persons(1).
Includes use of the community house, barn and library. 
Basic fee covers a maximum of 100 day guests per day above the relatively small number of overnight guests. 
Long weekend (Thursday 3 pm until Monday 11 am): $3,750
Day guest over-limit fees: $10 per person for every person over the 100 day guest limit for each day there are more than 100 day guests.

Main Camp with Domes:
Maximum overnight occupancy 26 persons(1) .
Domes open from early June until mid-October.
Includes use of the community house, barn and library.
Basic fee covers a maximum of 100 day guests per day above the relatively small number of overnight guests.
Long weekend (Thursday 3 pm until Monday 11 am): $4,500
Day guest over-limit fees: $10 per person for every person over the 100 day guest limit for each day there are more than 100 day guests.

Important!
In addition, we require the following:

• $500 non-refundable deposit payable at time you reserve your dates. Remaining payment to be received one week prior to arrival date. (We apply a $200 surcharge for bookings not paid in full one week prior to arrival.)

• Certificate of Liability Insurance: all groups renting the Main Camp or the Main Camp and Domes together are required to provide us with a Certificate of Liability Insurance at least one week prior to their visit. The minimum amount is $1 million general liability with OZ Farm and John and Molly Hooper named as additional insureds. If we have not received a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance one week before your arrival date, we will charge your group our costs (approximately $500) to provide this coverage. For an example of the Certificate of Liability Insurance form and the information required, click here. We can obtain this insurance for you for an additional fee. 
  NOTE: Adobe Reader is required to open/print the Certificate of Liability Insurance and Waiver of Liability forms.

• Waiver of Liability/Insurance Acknowlegement: in addition to the above certificate of Liability Insurance, all visitors are required, as a condition of access to the property , to accept the language of our Waiver of Liability document.
  

• Pet policy: Animals are strongly discouraged. There is a local pet boarding facility in Point Arena. Anyone bringing a pet to OZ is required to pay $100 per pet as part of their overall fee, plus any necessary cleaning/damage costs. Dogs must be kept on a leash and are not permitted inside the Community House or Barn complex or on beds in cabins.
