In August of 2006, Oz Farm held its first Field to Table Dinner. Oz Farm manager Patrick Cordrey and local chef Aaron Peters collaborated with Oz Farm to present a delicious multi-course sit-down dinner for 24 delighted guests in the Oz Farm Barn, skillfully combining fresh organic produce and dark Cornish Cockerel from Oz Farm with local wines, cheeses, dessert, tea and coffee. The evening was such a success that we put on three Farm to Table Dinners for 2007 an early-, mid-, and late-season dinner featuring produce appropriate to the time of year. There will be a maximum of 25 diners, a number that we've found to be ideal for this setting. Dates of 2010 dinners
Guest Chef Barn Dinner Saturday October 16th, 2010 Featuring
Scott Spencer
After cutting his teeth in some of the bay area's best restaurants,
Scott Spencer decided to open Spencer's Pantry, a high end
private chef service. Upon opening, Spencer's Pantry immediately
received rave reviews: "Scott's focus is always on using
the highest quality ingredients, cooking them perfectly,
and arranging them beautifully". Scott will be serving up
six memorable courses using local ingredients to be paired
with local wine and cocktails.

Reservations:
full payment in advance is required to reserve a space at a dinner. Checks only, please--we regret we do not accept credit cards. Please
contact us for additional information or to make reservations. Please provide your name, number in your party, dinner date, and the best way/time to reach you so that we can confirm dates and availability. Cancellation policy: for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance of the date of the dinner, a full refund, less a ten percent handling fee, will be made. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of the dinner, a refund, less a ten percent handling fee, will be made only if we are able to re-book the reserved space. (We will maintain a waiting list for over-subscribed dinners and make our best effort to fill any cancelled reservations.) Part of the pleasure of these dinners comes from the stimulating and interesting guests that attend, so our policies are designed to help insure that the limited number of spaces at Oz Farm Field to Table Dinners are fully enjoyed by guests, rather than remaining vacant. In the unlikely event that Oz Farm has to cancel a dinner, you will be promptly notified and all reservation payments refunded in full. No handling fee would be applicable in such cases. However, it is understood that by making a full refund, Oz Farm would have no further liability due to any inconvenience caused by cancellation of the dinner.
