Oz Farm runs a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, offering weekly deliveries of seasonal produce from the Farm to our subscribers in the Point Arena area. Under the CSA concept, small farmers and local consumers join together in a mutually beneficial economic partnership —consumers get fresh, organically-raised foods from a source they know, and farmers benefit from having a more stable market for what they produce.

2010 CSA is expected to start in late April and run through the end of the year as we expand to year round crop production.

Here's a general list of produce CSA subscribers can expect to enjoy throughout the growing season:

SPRING: Arugula, Lettuces, Fava Beans, Spinach, Beets, Chard, Kale, Collards, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage, Green Garlic, Cress, Asian Greens, Pak Choi, Peas, Scallions, Radishes, Salad Mix.

SUMMER: Arugula, Green Beans, Broccoli, Carrots, Corn, Cucumbers, Beets, Potatoes (several varieties), Garlic, Salad Mix, Kohlrabi, Soy Beans, Cabbage, Celery/Celery Root, Endive, Leeks, Scallions, Summer Squash.
